GIVE it time ALL good things will happen.

I remember when everyone was saying sell ENB and it drop from the highs. Same as TRP.

Now ENB is way north.

Read the history of cpg (vrn) and bte and you will find time does not heal sick companies.

I have held enb for 15 years and never heard people hollering to sell it. It's done nothing but make money for me.

Bce is closer to ENB than BTE tbf    BCE CTS moves data in its pipes (fiber and wireless)   BCE media makes the data (its way smaller and they sold the underperforming assets) Rogers is closer to BTE but still not even close their media is a much bigger focus in their core. Chorus entertainment now that's a good comparison for BTE...

BlueDawn, I like your comparision. In the 18th/19th century, transportation industry means the moving of physical cargo and passenger. In 20th/21st century, information is cargo and it is moved by radio, telegram, telephone and now internet. News agencies, Netflix and et al are contents manufacturer.

I remember people screaming about ENB buying Spectra back in 2016-2017. They took on a huge amount of debt to do the deal. At the time, we only held ENF and not ENB so it really didn't matter to us. We only eventually got into ENB when they rolled up ENF in mid-2018. As an aside, my favourite sector over the last number of years has been midstream/pipelines. We've held PPL, KEY, TRP, and ...more

Sarge, thank you for mentioning ENF. I was involunteerly moved to ENB from ENF and was complaining about the loss of income. There was a period that ENB investors were really depressed when ENB extpanded in the States and the share price dropped like a stone as worse as BCE. If I remember it right. It dropped from the all time high of $66 in April 2015 to $33 in March 2020. ENF investors were ...more

ck, remember in March 2020 the world was ending because of  covid and everythng dropped in March 2020 , enb did drop to 36 but has marched back up to 60 today whereas bce was 55 in March 2020 and has dropped  38 today. A stark difference beween the two companies.
