Unless they are brand-new directors, untainted by the Bibic market cap destruction, they will be voted against at the upcoming AGM. They've ruined too many retirement portfolios to get a pass this time around. Time to clean house.

Yep you are right on the nail. Top insiders can buy as many shares as they want because this is pocket change for them. But for most of the retirees the share price destruction is a nightmare regardless the dividend which they could cut anytime soon. This value destruction will be taught soon in a nearby MBA university as what you should never do as an executive. Although they can always hide

We do not like to see the share price down to C$37 and would much prefer to see it back to C$70 (early 2022).  However, share price up or down has no effect on our lives as long as the dividend (C$3.99) is maintained

Bibic is emulating what Stankey of AT&T did and better, it is very simple for who cares to understand: 1. AT&T spun-off its Warner media assets and gave the proceeds to shareholders as shares in the combined Warner Bros. Discovery on April 8, 2022. AT&T did not benefit from the proceeds $$$ but gave those to the shareholders. In my opinion that was a mistake that Bibic
