Possibilities....
At this point, the way RIOT is talking about management, there's a strong incentive for BITF to find another suitor. That might be what's happening today. If another miner comes out and says they've purchased the 15% (it's probably a little early for that), that will set up a nice bidding war for BITF. $5 isn't that far a stretch imo.
