BK did offerings in mid-February and early June in 2022 and none since. Is one this January almost certain?

Yes - but I thought one was over due Nov/Dec so what do I know?

They like to keep us guessing, I've never been able to spot a pattern. Maybe it's when they expect the underlying stock to rise?
