BK safest split share?

As a dividend investor and a senior, I am looking fo the safest split share company with a high yield over various investment cycles. BK seems to be safest, although it has quite some volatility in its share price, Your opinion and comments?

Like any class a split, you only want to own it while the whole market is rising. It goes down twice as much as the underlying stocks. Yes that's how I once lost my shirt.

I'm trying to understand how the share price of BK would move higher. I guess if the NAV moves up the share price should as well but how does the NAV move up not sure. Also does BK historically trade at premium to it's NAV if so how much?

If the NAV of the holdings moves up, like today, that makes the share price move up. The distribution payout is based on the average of the last 3 trading days of the preceding month. SO end of December last 3 trading days will calculate what is paid out in February for the month of January. As far as premiums, go , most split funds in the past had a premium if they were a few $ above the ...more
