Iron hands, was that confirmed?  Last time I spoke whit Matt (on the 29th) he said binding was still on track for before Christmas.

I believe that by the end of the year either a binding deal with Cargill will be signed, or Matt with decide to move on and explore other options. My understanding is that two other companies (who were top contenders in the offtake bidding process) have already said that they will match Cargill's offer if given the chance..

I am hoping that if it comes to it, they will accept the current terms that Cargill has agreed to as well, so that we do not have to wait through another negotiation period.. ideally they would be willing to meet Matt in the middle on whatever this last key piece is (that Cargill and Matt have been negotiating for quite some time now).. if this is the case, then that deal would become binding VERY
