So they tell us there using cash then screw us with a share offer 6 bucks less i want someone fired and i want it to be some at the top .

they are using cash just like they said....they will be using the cash from for raise at $149.00.....they cant telegraph a bought deal until they announce it...if any top managment let it slip to anyone thats called tipping and its illegal......this type of discount of 3 to 5% on a financing happens all the time with many companies......you just have to grin and bear it and if you continue to like
