Upcoming financials for Q4

I'm not expecting any real surprises in the financials. I think it's slow and steady goes the race for BNE until it hits its desired balance sheet metrics.

once they have the desired cash on hand, what they feel is the correct that load to Kerry and the dividend is reinstated… I anticipate that the company will take that moment to determine how best to unlock value from their assets… And find additional core assets to build upon

Rex..but do you want BNE to do a deal this year? Doing a deal likely involves more shares outstanding as so hard to borrow money at decent interest rates right now. Deals are good for shareholders willing to wait and have some patiance but deal also mean downward in short term most times.  Retail energy investors seem really finicky and ready to panic easily right now.

Hi Kav. Yes I would like to see a lot more deal making. Ideally about 3 deals every two years if they are a reasonable size. We have 100 million on the credit line available  - 25% shares and 75% debt would be my strategy if the target is under levered.  The dilution would not be a problem because the float is currently too small. The debt isn't a problem once we get through Q2. ...more
