Late today HFI research issued a buy recommendation which catapulted the stock higher. It was lagging badly so some sort of break out was warranted. Hopefully just the beginning.

yes it was lagging badly. volumes have been very, very thin. 134,000 shares moves the stock almost 9%. It is one of the reasons that I think a (very modest) NCIB makes sense. 5% NCIB - if they filled 3% that takes the float down just over a million shares.
