Debt restrictions - buybacks

Bought some BNE recently. Do any of the debt instruments prevent share buybacks? If not, seems to me that the Company can support the share price with very minor daily repurchases ( maybe 10k) until such time as the AECO price goes back to and stays over $2.50 in a couple of months. If  BNE shares continue to sink further, they might become subject to another cheap buyout offer.

10k a day would be 600k yo YE, bump to 15k a day, 1m shares to YE. Wouldn't cost much, and would probably have a pretty good affect. Keep people happy as they get closer to divy, with minimal costs!  I have no idea about the debt rules. But if possible. I'd like it. But I'd like it small. It already has a small share count, so I'd rather not see a 5 m share buyback.

There are no issues with buybacks now. Once the BDC loans were discharged that became a non issue.  My best performing stock of the last 2 years has been Tenaz. About 5 million fewer shares outstanding and the buybacks have really stabilized the share swings. Being a great company helps.  for the price of one oil well we can buy back 3% of the shares outstanding? Total no brainer to ...more
