SAFE is a routine process

and for the small deal this is it needs to be asked why is SAFE taking so long? China buys resource companies all the time and there is never a problem. Is the SAFE application stalled to buy time? Buy time for what? Financing of course. It has never been said that the funds have been deposited into trust which is the usual way of doing these things. Which of the following statements gives you the most confidence? Funds have been deposited into trust or funds are available.
