After CNOOC/Nexen I'm sure China scrutinizes deals with a critical eye on value. $2.20 is far more than they have to pay WHICH COULD BE THE HOLD UP. They would do better to pay the break fee and then jump back in after sp craters. The break fee is something to give the public confidence but in reality they would do better letting the deal fall apart and picking up the pieces for a savings of more than $100M.

Once again DD , as filed per Geo- Jade all approvals have been given and they are awaiting for SAFE approval If you go to your Drs and ask for T test , you could get on hormone replacement therapy . The dark thoughts will go , and even if it is delusion your life will feel like living
