The revenue model can not be sustained with illusion alone of providing advice & service. Who really cares that BNS is bank of the NHL! See all social media platforms to discover how toxic the frontline workplace is, high turnover, piss poor technology, managers place sales paramount, call center wait times egregious.

A few years ago I stumbled onto some old travellers cheques I had bought in the 90's.  BNS were the only ones who still handled redeeming them.  They were very helpful and pleasant at my local branch.  That's the only experience I'v had with them.  I deal with TD a lot.  The frontline workers at the branch level are also very helpful.  You never, ever want ...more
