Yields and projected reset yields at 5% for the 5yr

We are hitting 17.32% current yield and 32.28% projected reset rates! Just CRAZY!

May I suggest you use 4% for the "Canada 5 year" instead of 5%. The current rate is 4.06% well within the range of the last three months from 3.70% and 4.5%
