Good morning Crazy, I did not realize that BPO has the CUSIP for each of its pref shares on its website. So I doublechecked your numbers and they seem right except I could not see the T series. I did the same for the ZPR ETF for the series that I hold and no dramatic changes at all since June 30.  The RPF ETF  and HPR ETF do not supply daily holdings so it seems. So my theory that ...more

Hi there, Bruce Flatt has essentially been in charge of the Brookfield group of companies since the mid 1990's and I am not aware of any such missteps in their major investments (ie what they call "perpetual" or "permanent" capital). However, they have had issues like the DTLA situation in February which was a failed "venture" and a number of their public funds ...more

I find it offputting company using the term "perpetual" or "permanent" capital or trying to minimize what happened with DTLA by using words like "venture".   Really? who else uses those words to describe the equity in the company?   or the failure of a company?    All just my opinion/view/thinking/feeling
