Reading on PrefBlog this morning that Element Fleet (ECN) is redeeming a series of their rate reset preferreds and also disclosing a plan to redeem the rest of their other series of rate reset preferreds.

Both EFN preferred share issues were trading around $25 for the last year. NO huge capital gain for preferred shareholders here.

Insider news????    I don' t see any news release posted on this site, nor on TMX website.  Went to go check the SEDAR website, but it's down.   can you post a link?   Anyways, no surprise.... Like I been saying...  more and more companies will redeem their prefers when they can (at reset). All just my opinion/view/thinking
