One more time. Look at page 146 of the 2023 BPY financials LINK to Balance Sheet It explains clearly who owns the "equity" on the balance sheet. I covered the same subject last week.

Oh so the BPO Prefer Equity of $25 per share doesn't really belong to BPY?   Isn't BPO "other operating subsidaries" ????
