Roll Roll Roll.... The snowball getting bigger and bigger

short term rates better drop FAST and HARD..... Many REITS have pulled/cut Dividends long ago to be able to roll the snowball. More and More long term debt will mature and will be added the snowball that's being rolled.

Lucky these are Prefer Stocks.....

I've come to the conclusion there's no way out except for rates to drop FAST and HARD...... Time is running out.
