What "market crash"? Who is predicting a "crash"? On what basis? All I know the market did fine today (generally), except for Trump stock (DJT on NASDAQ) which is down to a new all time low - again. In thre meantime eight of nine BPO five year reset preferred share issues were UP today with one unchanged. Not a bad day overall, an excellent week in fact!

Hi Pierre, You have been extremely consistent all the way through this troubled time for the BPO prefs and you have been rewarded handsomely! Well done! I agree, a great week for the BPO (and BPY) prefs. Lets hope the commercial real estate continues to stay out of the headlines.
