Div now over 10% but....Yield now over 10% but the Cdn housing market is in flux. 2022 was a banner year for RLP but this year will be different as major markets move to a more balanced scenario. On the other hand most of BRE's income comes from franchise fees - both brokerage and individual agents - but this could drop as non producing agents leave the business or move to low fee brokerages.
