sounds like you own pretty much all reits.  HR and BTB cheapest AFFO multiple ~9x

garyreins  Noted: we hold  13  ( un ) trust accounts & only one is a double holding in 2 different accounts ( AD.UN )..Not a seller or selling =  only collect Distributions/Dividends along the way & maybe add a few new or old shares with any extra  cash that appears in those accounts eg BTB.UN.  Your statement triggered a review of these types of Investments
