Acquisition
After reading the various comments I am tending to think that despite the selloff
and the reasons why, this is very typical of investors that trade on a short term basis
which is anywhere from a day to several weeks. That time frame is way to short to
evaluate this deal properly. The gut negative reaction of more debt instead of less
is bad thing is too knee jerk IMO. WCP is a good example and acquiring producing
assets that enhance your existing land position in a market where you get premium
pricing is a good thing for any company, especially if those assets can be acquired
cheaply. This may take some time to sort out, but for now BTE is on sale........
I'm buying.

The SP is a gift for investers. I doubled my position today. Smart people make easy money. Those that sold today should shake themselves silly.
