WTI is simply a lower high still

We saw $77's but not $76's and still no $4's on BTE but saw low $5's. So base case was a hit and worse case a miss... for now.

I added in the lows and surprisingly still have a $4's position in one of our 4 TFSA accounts (thought I sold it but actually took profit in an RRSP account on that other $4's average position). 

All this green can easily reverse and until longer intervals on the chart confirm a reversal I still reserve a $4's on BTE

Ok Snowballer, these oil companies want the highest margins possible. Bte's production also includes 16% natural gas and 12% natural gas liquids along with 22% heavy oil and 50% light oil. So what happens if natural gas and natural gas liquids come off their lows and wcs starts fetching say $20 more per barrel? What's the chances of that? I'm betting that they're pretty high given ...more
