They need to average a little better than 7 million per month to get 10% bought back in a year.I think they have been a light in earlier months and actually might have to pick up the pace a little. They also should be buying as much as they can before the new year, new tax.

A balance of 989,600 shares that have been purchased but not yet cancelled remain on the books.Had they all been cancelled the number is 8,273,193 shares.

Someone Mentioned Awhile Back That They Were Not Canceling The Buyback Shares And Using Them To Reward Management, I Was Going To Call Baytex And Find Out More Information Regarding The Cancellation Of Shares,If They Were Going To Do That I Would Be One Pi++ed Off Shareholder.

This is impossible for 3 reasons, one buyback is done from  after tax cash and it is not an expense for the company it is going out of retained earnings and retained earnings belong 100% to shareholders not to management and the auditors will catch them easily, second when they reward management they do not pay cash, they issue more shares and claim it as stock option expenses and third they
