Should Baytex sell off Canadian operations?
Haven't posted here for a while, still holding Baytex since 2020. What if Baytex sold all operations in Canada, would they be able to eliminate all debt? Develop the Eagle Ford to its potential? With no debt, producing on 90,000 bpd with higher US prices and lower transport costs, to me it makes total sense. The anti oil Canadian gov & the WCS vs WTI issue will be no longer.

Why would you sell your most profitable assets? Clearwater is an absolute cash cow and these wells pay out in no time...
