The top part of that chart looks about right based on published info.... However the bottom chart, specifically 'shares' is well in excess of the reductions allowed by the current ncib of 68mil shares - and that assumption I would question However, that a higher share count would translate to more cash for other purposes including further debt reduction ... personally I prefer a mix of

The Top part of that chart is for 2024, i am surprise too see Out. Sh. fix for all 2024 at 822M. It was 822 M out. sh. end of nov. 2023 and 819,8 M at the end of dec 2023. I agreed with you for the bottom part chart. May be he consider a private buyback shares of Juniper directly by Baytex somewhere around 4,12$US per share (initial deal price). For me, Baytex can do that only if WTI price is
