What I know is that if they pay down debt by 425million by YE, then they save 30million in interest costs and if they buyback 80 million shares then they save 8 million in dividend costs . So almost 38mill saved on 750 million sahes is 10 cents added to earnings before taxes .

Just where do you think Baytex is going to get 425 ,million to pay down debt ...thay certainly do not have that much fcf ....heck they just pilled an extra 90 milion onto the debt for operating expenses ...lol ...and as for sending heavy oil down tmx ...very good exept most of the production now is from the eaglford .....
