Frank get a grip. Ninepoint has the same amount of shares since I bought in. It is fairly easy to check on the status all you do is go under the Ownership tab. Pretty simple function to complete. If you are going to spout rubbish find some real facts that you can extrapolate/inflate with your unbound observance. https://stockhouse.com/companies/ownership/t.bte/baytex-energy-corp

Frank like so many are just thankful that their real identities can't be linked to ridiculous posts. The beauty of todays Anonymous forums. Imagine how things would change if real identities were behind the posts.

Frank is somewhat right. Ninepoint has gone from 50M to 40M to 38M at the end of April. The Stockhouse data needs to be updated. https://www.morningstar.ca/ca/report/stocks/ownership.aspx?t=0P000080FA&lang=en-CA It will be interesting to see the end of May numbers. BTE has underperformed for the last two years. It makes sense that Ninepoint has been trimming their holdings.

Ninepoint has never held 50 million shares of Baytex. 40 million was peak of ownership. Earlier this year they went from 38 million to 40 million shares and dropped 2 million to go back to 38 million recently.

My apologies HeavyBanana. I can find no evidence of Ninepoint owning 50M shares of BTE. Your numbers are correct. 38M -> 40M -> 38M This change is not significant and could have just been a portfolio rebalancing.
