Buybacks

FCF at $80WTI avg  is 800mil/yr approx.
Till date in H1 they have put 120 mil ( divy + buybacks)  as shareholder returns.
I assume similar amount to debt 120mill.
FCF jumps in H2 , so we will have almost 800-240 = 560mill as FCF ,since capex is low in H2 .
Half to buybacks +divvy =280mil.
Divvy is 36mil approx in H2 .
So almost 245mill to buybacks in H2( 45-50mil shares = 7-8mil shares/month if stock price is at $5)  ,which is 40mil$ buybacks per month . At 20trading sessions / month that 2mill to buybacks/day = At $5/share thats 400k shares bought per trading session( 0.05% of float bought back per trading session)  .
ABOVE MATH WORKS OUT IF OIL AVERAGES $80 for H2 and BAYTEX PRICE IS UNDER $5
