Sounds like a bunch of BS to me. Lets wait until after the election to buyback. Why do politicians think its ok to knowingly lie to the people they represent. They have been yapping about buy backs for the SPR from the day they started taking it out. So tiring. Here in Canada Trudeau has promised to reach the 2% nato target, 10 years from now. Place your bets....
