Share Buybacks August
They were active everyday again in August, spending about 1M USD per day on about 300k shares per day.
In total Baytex bought back 6,448,143 shares for August, almost 1% of shares outstanding.

This is the trend since Ranger Oil acquisition, I don't understand your point of getting small shareholders out, it's been more than a year, with almost 700M SO, they have to buy the entire company to make out the small shareholders, doesn't make sense for me.
