Oil will likely hold around here for an unforeseen time.  78 bucks and we can't break 4.00.  Do we have to cover every last short before we move up or wha

Does it really matter in the end, fundamentals are on our side. Buybacks are the way forward with debt reductions (which is very reaosnable for the size of the business)
