When Trump excludes oil and gas and/or

gives Canada time with the election coming to elect PP before executing any damaging tariff.....how hard do we pop with oil up here next week?  Add to that the fact  it just doesn't really matter that much to BTE with Texas production.....we could jump 10% in one day easy next week.
