If this is the best commitment they could get from Paradigm then it should be pretty easy to infer that: (1) bad news is coming, (2) the company's financial needs are more serious than a quick look at the balance sheet would seem to indicate. My best guess is that they know they will still need quite a bit of $$ in order to get the Vietnam plant operational. Weird, I would say, that the
