🛑 RED FLAG 🛑

I assume the price might be reversing, and we are gradually transitioning from a downtrend to an uptrend, which could very well be a signal to buy the stock. However, there is no confirmation yet, so I won’t rush.

I do see an excellent setup in the stock BOLT.CN – a clear uptrend, and the price is currently in a correction. I'll enter the trade on this correction. It's not too late, so I recommend building positions in this stock.

Car Reit is among the worst corporate citizen in Canada. They buy a residential property and systematically jack up the rents, throwing many tenants out of their appartment. The others are relying on the protection offered by their lease, which varies from one province to the other. I guess this kind of strategy is good for shareholders?

houbahop wrote "... Car Reit is among the worst corporate citizen in Canada...." ??? What do you expect? We live in a capitalist society and unitholders (shareholders) pay their management to make a profit for them. PROFIT is not a dirty word. Do you have a problem with a company (or REIT) you own making a profit and paying an increased dividend (distribution)?

Your reasonning is very poor, lebel May I complete it by adding companies (or REIT) making profit and paying dividends need to be bad corporate citizens or else they won't do any profit? And since we are a capitalist society, we must encourage bad behaviour because it is justified for the sake of profit? Do you see this? Or, probably not...
