Glavel inc a.private company!! The so far the good news is they use reclaimed glass which in my opinion could be practically free and help the bottom line tremendously CVX according to this NR will own up to 45% of the company down the road. So it's as good as acquisition. I am still reading its a long news release

It looks like investors are still reading Its probabaly the longest NR to read and probably you have to read it a few times to get a full grasp of things but initial investment of about $500 k will allow CVX to own just under 10% and with subsequent investment ($5 mil in total) this ownership will move up to 45%. There are only 2 of this type of company in North America, so it is a very strategic ...more
