Honestly, i wasn't expecting much in january... I evenfind il very interesting that it doesn't drop below .21.

Actually the markets are historically better between December and May than May to November.   Have you not heard the expression " Sell in May and go away"?  And yes because it's winter time these guys are not working as much.  But, what is going on behind the work on the streets and bridges is huge.  The engineers, infrastructure people, cement and paving

I agree with you, i believe we are heading for a great year. Investors who think they still have plenty of time may be surprised... Sping is coming fast and it's been a long time since i've looked forward to spring so much :).

Have you seen the volume??? 300k, 4X the average...and down....seems bearish to me

Actually the volume is at 485,000 when you include the ATS and venture exchange together.  It appears negative but there are buyers holding it in the 21 cent range.  It gets me thinking is a controlled exchange of hands being done here.  Especially when you see anonymous, Leedes and rbc in on the majority of trades.

Sure last year when rates were still rising in .75 increments it paid to wait but today, rates will soon pause, just looking at treasuries tells you that. Company guidance has been positive, ratios like current ratio are solid, long term debt is no issue, price to tangible book value is only 1.30 for last twelve months. Positive EBITDA in last qtr.   It may bounce a bit from trading but

There was news today that Canadian inflation is easing so there is a good case to stop moving rates up through the roof. That's a big positive for the market.  And I am telling all those that are reading these posts, go tell infrastructure people you know and have a discussion with them regarding CVX and cellular concrete.
