Also hunk let me add to your points that CVX once their s.p goes up then they will start acquiring companies. Can they expand into other countries when they get big enough IMO... Yes!!! I see Ukaine as.a big potential market. But these are down the road 5-6- possibly 8 years down the road. CVX will become a company maker. As long as of course no shortage of cement and the bidding pipeline
