aware of the discussions as the company was moving up in the past few days. Whispers perhaps but, just my guess.

based on my valuation, anything less than 1 dollar is a bullshit. it has 4 m oz high grade open pitable project. strong partnership.  Bruce, please make us a deal!!!

I agree this one of the cheapest per oz out there.  AUQ financing was 7 cents pre-split or ~ 46 cents Nordgold potential offer was 9 cents pre split or ~ 58 cents I would expect any take out offer that would come from Alamos now would be in shares or cash and shares so that investors here can continue being investors in the project I would say anything under 60 cents would be silly, ...more

here are some key numbers of this project: I did an evaluation model for this one, used 1200 usd/ oz gold price. 25% tax rate, 5% discounted rate, according to their feasibility study number, total free cash flow 657m, the remaining capex 424m. NPV 5% 232 M. NPV to CGJ will be 116m. if we use 54 m shares out it translates to CGJ's fair value would be 2 dollars something.  considering ...more
