Keep convincing yourself

Even before Covid, Cineplex has been struggling for years. The days of packed theaters are over. I wouldn't touch this right now, if your a gambler buy in when it hits $8.

Tommy we all know you are probably shorting the stock, but that is straight up FUD. My theater was packed full last night everyone cheering and clapping and having a good time. Going again on Monday with another friend to a near sold out showing .... On Monday.. the slowest weeknight and it's 90% sold. For the second time Tommy show is facts before you open your mouth. If you scroll back on ...more

90% of the 50% capacity limits that are in place now and with no food or drinks ???? Such nonsence.....Again keep trying to convince yourself. And no I am not shorting the stock. You should have waited until $8 the buy in as a gamble.

If you took the time to read.. you can fill a theater full..it's 50% to the entire venu. So if you have 5 movies listed in 10 different theater rooms, those other 5 movies can have 25% or less attenedance, and you can fill a spiderman room full. For the third time learn facts before open your mouth. Case numbers are bad that's a fact.. is Cineplex a risky play.. yes it is. There are still ...more

I'm sorry my facts don't count as adult conversation to you. But yes there is 100% uncertainty which will weigh down on the stock. But I will continue to use facts to backup my opinion. FACT: 587$ million spiderman opening during a huge worldwide spike cases. That tells me people, probably most who are vaccinated, want to go out and see a movie. Everytime I get into a car I could be killed ...more

Go on the app and see for yourself. The rule states 50% for the entire venu. There are no rules for distances between seat bookings. They arnt skirting the rules.. individual auditoriums can be full or near full and it falls in the guidelines. I'm not making anything up it's what is actually happening in RL. If you want I'll take a picture when I'm at the theater tomorrow and show ...more

My friend you are delusional if you think they will fill one or two theater room full while leaving others at 25% capacity or what ever your theories are. They would rather break even or loose money than let the media get a hold of your Management skills on how to beat the system !! Give your head a shake, you are just grasping for straws here. Sorry you are taking a huge hit but you should have ...more

Guess facts are delusional? You can literally go on the Cineplex app and confirm everything I said. You can go on .gov website and get the rules for venues. I have supported all my arguments. If I walked in to the theater tomorrow and post it on YouTube you still wouldn't believe it at this point. You say you arnt a short and you clearly don't have stock then why are you on this board ...more

Go on the Cineplex app and look ez... My showing tonight in Oakville 7:00 pm 70% sold with no social spreading between seats. Complete market dump today and Cineplex down about 1% that's showing a strong stock. Deny truth all you want smart people can just look a verify people are going to the theater
