This and CRT.un both have large holdings by "family" investors.  They generally have a much longer investment  timeline (but a need for regular/growing income) so the distributions remain steady through the business cycles (same with GWO/POW).  Definitely boring but for those of us now in the drawing down the RIF stage of life the income "security" is great.   

One does need to "rebalance" for the stage of life too.
