Did the WTI-WCS spread go under $10?

Or is BNN just not updating WCS pricing?

Appears to be correct. WTI is $73.86 while WCS is $65.34 a difference of $8.52.

It looks like it was a glitch in reporting and BNN has it fixed now but too bad. I have been hoping for a while that the TMX would narrow that WTI-WCS  gap but I guess that was too good to be true. GLTA

It wasn't a glitch. Oilprice had the spread under $9 as well. What happened was WCS declined significantly after trading hrs yesterday when API reported oil stocks to have increased by more than 10 Mb. How does inventory increase by more than 10 Mb in one week? I haven't looked at the data but assume higher imports and/or movement of oil from the SPR to market for rotational purposes?
