Will the dividends ever get back to pre-cut levels?

I have been holding this stock since 2016 so you can imagine how devestating the share price drop and the dividend cut were.

I am wondering if the dividends will ever be reinstated at close to pre cut levels and will the share price ever reach 12.00?

Your dreaming on the divy (if so years away) but not the share price  if things go as planned 12 within a year or two
