payout ratio is over 100 now

I think dividend is going to be cut

I listen to Q107 and would buy this 

but not now..in 6 months this could hit 1.30's-1.20's
then its a buy..

Clearly you are a fearmongering short seller trying to plant the seeds of fear, uncertainty and doubt. Payout ratios can be based on earnings or cash flow. When based on earnings the payout ratio can be misleading when the company decides to book a non cash impairment charge. Cash flow is a better indicator of the ability of a company to pay it. If you are going to make stuff up, why not at least show some made up numbers to fuel things. they made a net income of 16 cents in Q1 - dividend is 6 cents.

I agree as just check the history of this stock as since inception has been going downhill in terms of stock price and dividend payout,  this stock is worst than a "JUNK BOND STATUS" and best to buy a junk bond in the meantime as you have some sense of what getting into Target 160 based on a divee cut to 4 cents and then some.  Interest rates are hiking and this company took ...more
