SEC charges CAM for improper trading

Yet another proof of what I have been denouncing regarding wash trading, jitney trading, short ladder down bear raids, stop loss hunting, shakeout attacks, painting the tape, marking the close and many other manipulation techniques some hedge funds use to fleece the little investor. There are too many instances of improper trading and only a few get caught.
