Paying down the debt over the years was a prudent decision, and the suspension of dividends aligns with sound financial management. While the stock appears undervalued, a concern arises as none of the insiders seem to be acquiring shares at this current level.

i don't see a dividend on this for at least a few years and that is assuming they get back to plowing $100m -$200m of debt repayments annually. They are now forced to keep in mind that first refi on the debt tranches. I can't believe the Shaw's haven't made a play to buy they unsecured debt at deep discount and then drain  cjr for the interest after which they will take the ...more

I have to agree, the lack of insider activity is a bad sign for their outlook on the company's business, and the company itself.  If they thought the company was badly under-valued and was going to weather the storm, insiders would be piling in, you would think.  Perhaps they are busy negotiating some sweetheart deal to buy the thing out of bankruptcy.  I am very nervous....
