Mr. Troy Reeb,

CORUS has to proceed to a MAJOR SALE OF ASSETS, along with a 1:10 CJR.B shares rollback in order to wipe out this current insane penny-stock value of roughly $0.25, failing which it will land into bankruptcy or be taken private, if not subject to a takeover, at a dirt cheap price.  It is an awfully mismanaged public company that did not even bothered slashing its quarterly dividend when the stock traded in the $3-$4 range.  It is a terrible tragedy from the "SHAW family" to have let the company be destroyed, leaving hundreds if not thousands of shareholders financially broked with their investments.

For heaven sake, please ensure this message gets through the mind of all executives, in order to take all required bold actions to restore the credibility and survival of CORUS.

Respectfully,

-shareholder-

TORONTO, October 19, 2023 – Corus Entertainment Inc. (TSX: CJR.B) announced today that Troy Reeb will take on the expanded role of Executive Vice President Networks and Content.

Effective November 1, 2023, Reeb will assume accountability for studio content, in addition to his current oversight of multi-platform broadcast networks, news and audio as we streamline our programming operating model. He will have a fully integrated cross-portfolio view of Corus’ content, whether acquired or produced, for Corus networks and for distribution around the world.

“Troy has a deep knowledge of our company and our industry with strong relationships with content partners and a keen understanding of the evolving regulatory landscape,” said Doug Muphy, President and CEO, Corus Entertainment. “This evolution aligns with our strategic plan as we make smart changes amidst these challenging times, adapting our business to emerge strong and focused as the current economic and industry uncertainty passes.”

Reeb’s tenure at Corus extends more than 20 years, beginning at Canwest in the Global News division. Since his appointment to Executive Vice President Broadcast Networks in February 2019, Reeb has been focused on innovation and collaboration across our TV, Radio and digital network platforms, and has co-led Corus’ regulatory and government relations strategy.

I don't think they have anything they can sell without approval from the federal government. The only thing they can do is cut expenses. However, cutting expenses will result in less viewership. They are stuck.
