Price Target Hikes: A Buy Signal or Noise?

Barclays and National Bank both upped their price targets for CM recently, and while it’s bullish, let’s not overhype it. Analysts can be late to the party, and we know that. I’d rather focus on fundamentals and technicals—right now, CM is trading in a tight range near support. If it breaks $65.50, we could see momentum up to $68+. Otherwise, patience is the name of the game. Also, I've been watching BOLT.CN. Word on the street is that it might soar soon. Anyone else tracking this?
