And i am told not to put any more money into this pos.

And there is no point of point of selling either.

If i have to put more money into this plan X 8 i would have a thrid of what Mr Bates would have that does not sound right. How can an owner have so little ? I now belive he is in this just for a pay check.

He need to resign or fired with cause , in this case there is a chance wouldn't get $2-3M compensation

What's astounding is that Bates still has his job. KB, by chance if you're reading this board, the AGM is the perfect venue to tender your resignation. If not, I'm sure someone will put forward a motion for the BOD to act. McKnight should resign as well.

David Stone when he was just hired stated at the AGM that he had purchased 150k shares. I believe, the SP was trading over a $1 at that time.
