Resignation

Mark Haywood has been appoined Excutive Chairman of the BOD

 

Resigned -  Bill McKnight / Peter Elzinga

 

Hope more changes to come

McKnight resigned as chairman BUT remains on the BOD. Peter Elzinga I thought resigned a while ago. very puzzling.

More resignations are required, and the resignations should have taken place years ago.

Nothing is puzzling Ark, the  word may be out from the big boys that in order for them to sink any more money into this hole, they want to see changes in management. If you recall, when they brought Tobin and Haywood on  board, even at the time Marret had no equity interests , and could not have any voting power, only observer status, they had already decided then to get into the coal ...more

Bill McKnight has resigned from the board.  Mayybe they can get Mike Duffy or Pamala Wallen to fill the seat.  They are looking to pad expenses

Boy, that must have been one emotional goodbye, full of sadness and tears. I'm sure Bates drove McKnight to the airport. After all these years together thru thick and thin. It's gotta be tough saying goddbye to an old friend like that. It really pulls on one's heartstrings doesn't it?
